2. Membership Entitlements
Entry Membership:
1 face-to-face CPD course of your choice from 2-4 Purple Hearts.
Unlimited online classes.
Standard Membership:
6 face-to-face CPD courses of your choice from 2-4 Purple Hearts.
Unlimited online classes.
Master Membership:
Unlimited face-to-face and/or online CPD course(s) from 1-7 Purple Hearts.
3. Payment Information

4. Certification and Accreditations
Certificates for CPD days will be sent by email following the successful completion of an assessment by our educators.
All certifications, accreditations, and Purple Heart / Master awards will be presented at the annual Graduation Ceremony.
5. Membership Renewal
Memberships are renewed annually.
Only active memberships grant the right to use post-nominal letters. Memberships must be renewed to maintain eligibility.
6. Course Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation of courses requires 1 month's notice for an exchange.
All courses are non-refundable.
Bookings for courses are only confirmed upon receipt of payment.
7. Course Availability
Unlimited online classes and all other courses are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
8. Equipment Requirements
Participants must bring their own equipment, including stands and blocks. We can provide recommendations for purchasing equipment.
9. Brand Neutrality
We are brand neutral and not biased towards any products. However, we collaborate with brand partners who may sponsor our classes and events. These partners are essential to our business model and the costs of our top-tier educators.
10. Feedback Process
We have a professional feedback process for all our classes. Please ask for details if interested.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are subject to change. We will notify members of any significant changes.

13. Refund and Dispute Policy

Non-Refundable Courses: All courses purchased are non-refundable. This policy is in place to ensure that we can maintain the quality and availability of our educational offerings.

Course Cancellation: If you need to cancel your enrolment in a course, you must provide 1 month's notice for an exchange. This allows us to manage our resources effectively and offer the opportunity to other members.
No Refunds for Cancellations: Please note that all courses are non-refundable, even if you cancel your enrolment. We encourage you to consider your schedule carefully before booking.
