The PH Programme: CPD Endorsed Education for Hair Pro's

WELOVE and The Purple Hearts Club, by Hair pro's for hair Pro's, are committed to advancing the skills and knowledge of hair professionals across the industry. Our educational programmes are accredited and endorsed by leading organisations including VTCT, HABIA, and the Hair Council, ensuring that you receive the highest quality training and recognition for your efforts.

We educate Hair Pros to the highest standard in our industry by offering CPD endorsed courses in every aspect of Colour, Cutting, and Commercial Hair. We offer bespoke in-person training programmes to suit the individual learner and give full support throughout their journey with us.  

The Purple Hearts Club Education Programme is designed to empower hair professionals at various stages of their careers. Each course within the programme focuses on different skill sets and aims, allowing you to tailor your learning journey to your individual goals. The courses are as follows:

• Purple Heart 1: An online workbook that provides standardisation and alignment to WELOVE's ethos and mission
• Purple Heart 2: Master Colour and Trichology (12 days plus 1 assessment day)
• Purple Heart 3: Master Stylist (12 days plus 1 assessment day)
• Including:
  • Textured and curly hair (2 days)
  • Gender Neutral Short Hair (1 day)
  • Bridal (1 day)
• Purple Heart 4: Commercial Education (4 days plus 1 assessment day)
• Purple Heart 5: The 360 Master Hair Pro CCH Assessment
• Purple Heart 6: Master Hair Pro Educator (4 days at Sandbanks HQ plus 1 assessment day)
• Purple Heart 7: Master Hair Pro Art Director (3 days at Sandbanks HQ, 1 day photoshoot, 1 Assessment day)

Courses 2, 3, and 4 can be taken in any order, providing flexibility to accommodate your professional development needs. Programmes 6 and 7 are specifically designed for those who have achieved the 360 Master Hair Pro CCH Badge (known as Purple Heart 5) and wish to continue their journey toward becoming educators or Art Directors.
