Kerry has impressive experience, working in many aspects of hairdressing. She owned an award-winning salon in London for 12 years before becoming an independent Hair Pro, then joined the 

WELOVE team.

“I am Kerry Galliano, WELOVE INTERNATIONAL ART DIRECTOR. I head up WELOVE COLOUR alongside Rae Palmer in the UK, and I’m the Ambassador for Carlo Oliveri Colore Mediterraneo. 

Our Industry is a unique one! I adore British and worldwide hairdressing and I’m honoured to be a part of it.

As a professional commercial Hair Pro, I have worked in many aspects of hairdressing, alongside Great British Hairdressers and in award-winning salons and teams, including British Hairdresser of the Year. 

I have worked at London Fashion Week, shows, and shoots. I have also been a Guest Artist at L’Oréal and Goldwell academies, where I fell in love with education, the younger generation, and the future of our industry. My role as a Senior Master Educator for WELOVE involves all of this 

and much more!

"I'm really excited to be starting 5 Purple Hearts in July 2023, followed by 6 Purple Hearts to become a WELOVE Educator. 

I work in Coventry (West Midlands) and I'm also willing to travel
 
I'm 42, and began my career 17 years ago. I've been salon based until going Freelance in 2020.

My biggest achievement so far is being a finalist for DENMAN Stage Star 2023 & doing hair in London on the ELEVEN Australia Collective photoshoot. It's now my 2nd year with The ELEVEN Australia Collective 

I have been tutoring & assessing NVQ hairdressers at Chamber Training Coventry & Warwickshire.

I'm a Hair Pro for the Get Flawless hair & make up events team.

 I also volunteer for Cancer Hair Care.

I’ll be assisting Dylan McConnachie for the 2nd year for his BHA award shoot. 

I pride myself on being professional while offering an inclusive, caring, friendly and positive well-being experience for my clients.

In future I’d like to share knowledge & skills with Hair Pros to build confidence & empower them.

On a personal note I am mum of 1, living with my son & partner. 

I have a love for rainbows!

My happy place is time spent with family and friends in sunshine by the sea.

Julia is a true advocate for WELOVE having seen her salon, Polka Dots Hair Design grow due to her training with them and is now an Educator, as well as a Member of the UK Art Team. This is a great opportunity to learn from someone who has reaped the benefits of WELOVE.

"Hello My name is Julia.

I started my career in 1996 once I left school. After working my way up in the industry, I had the opportunity to work through the 7 Gems programme with Paul Mitchell group. From there I went on to to work along side L’ANZA  and La Biosthetique, becoming part of their UK Artistic team for 3 years. Within that time I was able to travel to Paris and Germany learning the collection created by the international Artistic team.

I then decided that it was time to set up my own business. In August 2013 Polkadots was born! I am proud to say we have been running for 10 years this year. I have taken every opportunity possible to improve my skills whilst being a salon owner. 

My Next chapter is to be part of the WELOVE community and take my career to another level by doing my Purple Hearts 360 Masters degree, and also Educate the Educator Programme. I’m very proud to be part of this new venture."

 A true visionary, Meg believes in mastering classic cutting foundations to then be able to twist them to create your own signature style. Her skill for beautiful cuts and vivid colours has led to work at London Fashion Week and with Alexander McQueen. This alongside her Meg Piper Hair business focusing on inclusivity and sustainability, makes her a perfect addition the WELOVE Art Team.

"I’m a Freelance Hair Pro with a speciality in bleach work. I’ve always had a love of the colourful and unusual. I strive to push boundaries with my work aim to bring my creative flair to every project I work on.

I have grown a business that values inclusivity and sustainability. I do the upmost to make sure everyone feels comfortable in my chair while at the same time being kind to the planet."

  "Equipped with over 10 years of working within the hair industry, my mission is to create hair to boost my clients' mood, build their confidence, and to help make them feel amazing about all aspects of themselves. 

Originally, I joined the industry as an Education Show and Events Co-ordinator for AVEDA, with a background in Art, Craft and Design. I then retrained for my Level 2 in Hairdressing and qualified the same year I turned 30 and have also gained by Adult Teacher Training Qualification. I have since gone on to develop a loyal clientele base and qualified for the semi finalist of L’Oreal Colour trophy within a year of being on the floor full time. 

Since June 2023, I have set up my own salon studio from my home in Botley, Hampshire. I love working one-one with my clients, and I feel by offering this kind of bespoke service at my private home salon studio, it allows me to continue building beautiful relationships with my clients.

Its such a special thing for us as hairdressers to be able to take care of our clients' minds and hair whilst they are sat in our chairs and I love the WELOVE holistic approach to our industry in support of this."

Nikki has been in the industry for over 20 years and currently runs her own busy small studio salon in a Leicester gym. A highly qualified Educator, she has worked for both HABIA and OFSTED as an external assessor and is now training to become an external verifier and to Educate others to become external assessors. Committed to improving industry standards, Nikki is sharing her expert knowledge and training across all hair skills for WELOVE.

With over 24 years in hairdressing, and several colour awards under her belt, Claire is a great addition to the Education Team. Having worked in colleges and owning her own salon, she has comprehensive insider knowledge of what the industry needs. She’ll be joining the WELOVE Education Team to share her expert colour skills and techniques.

 Liz Usher is an award-winning Hair Pro, Educator, mentor, and consultant in the Hair industry. She has over 40 years' experience and is also a salon owner and 

Creative Director.

Nova has been a Hair Pro for over 26 years and is the owner of NovaLux Hairdressing, a beautiful salon in Poole, Dorset, which she opened in 2020.

Nova has specialised in wig fitting, training academy management, and Goldwell colour, as well as educating for the Kebelo Smoothing System.

Nova is also a qualified Assessor, and a Curly Hair expert, who is keen to pass on her knowledge as a WELOVE Purple Hearts Educator after she completes her 6 Hearts programme.

Paige is a qualified Hair Pro based at NovaLux Hairdressing, in Poole, Dorset.

Having worked in salons for over 8 years, Paige has trained with Goldwell colour, and Aveda.

Paige has a passion for colour and styling, and loves lived-in blondes, rich brunettes, and beach waves!

 Laraine is an experienced Hair Pro who is recognised as a specialist in both blonde and textured hair, as well as extensions.

"I began my career 26 years ago and have been Freelance for the last 14 years.

I opened my home sustainability-focused salon, Twelve Hair Design, in 2020.

I won Salon Awards, Hampshire’s most sustainable salon in 2020 and 2022.

I also won Southern Daily Echo’s Salon of the Year 2023."

"I'm Gaye Williamson. I'm 56 and I'm married with three children. 

I started my career in St Neots when I was 16.

I have always invested in Education and have continuously refreshed my skills.

I decided to open my home salon in 2007, which was the best decision ever and I haven't looked back. I have a great clientele. 

I believe that Education is key. Meeting like-minded Hair Pros and now joining WELOVE with so many inspiring people is great.

 Maria has previously been International Art Director at top salons in London, and is now a WELOVE cutting educator as well as running her own beautiful garden salon.

Sam has been hairdressing for 18 years. She has worked abroad in Australia and returned to the UK in 2010, working in salons in Hinckley and Nuneaton. 

"I have always believed in investing in education to keep on top of your game. I enjoy learning and keeping up to date. I’ve attending the Vidal Sassoon academy and have trained in numerous methods of extensions since 2014 including Easilocks. Since starting a family in 2021 I now own a beautiful salon, The Mane Room, which is doing really well and I’m excited to continue with my Purple Heart journey."

Amy is an enthusiastic and positive home salon owner based in Bedfordshire. With years of experience as a Hair Pro, Amy has been awarded: Level 2 and Level 3 Hairdressing, Level 1 Mental Health Awareness, and a certificate in an Introduction to Customer Services. 

Amy is a passionate, holistic professional who desires to support others to become the person they would like to be.

Kim is a confident Hair Pro working from Polkadots Hair Design Ltd since 2019. Her key skills are: Colour analysis, balayage, chemical straightening, keratin treatments, cutting, and styling.

Kim offers exceptional customer service and has built up a loyal client base in Deddington.

Melissa has owned her owned her salon, Beauty by Melissa, in Warrington, since April 2021 and holds an NVQ Level 3 in Hairdressing, as well as numerous beauty qualifications.

With 16 years industry experience, ranging from boutique salons to internationally recognised brands, Bex’s reputation, flair and creativity as a colourist and hair extensions specialist has attracted numerous clients from the music, film and fashion industry. 

She ran a salon for Adee Phelan for 3 years where she gained a huge amount of experience, working with Wella, Aveda, Paul Mitchell and most recently as the UK Educator for My Organics Colour. 

Bex qualified with Great Lengths hair extensions over 10 years ago and now shares her knowledge with younger Hair Pros as they move up. 

Bex runs a successful boutique off high street salon experience that offers clients a bespoke service using high quality brands that are organic and cruelty free as well as safe for the planet.

  Rachael currently works from a luxury cabin at home, which I opened in 2022. 

She was turning 21 years of age when she opened her own salon and has worked within her business for over 14 years.

Rachael is a Wella Master Colour Expert 

and a certified Racoon International 

Extensions Specialist, 

with numerous Beauty and business diplomas.

 Her business was also voted in the top 100 UK businesses in 2020 by Business of the Year Awards with the best of Walsall.

Rachael has always had a desire to educate and inspire others and is a great asset to the WELOVE community.

   "I am the creator and founder of Belinda Mindset and my motivational training cards. 

I am a salon owner of 17 years and have been in the industry over 27 years. 

Hairdressing changed my life I was 16 and living in a bedsit. I started as an apprentice aged 17 and was on cruise ships by the age of 20. By 21 I was Assistant Manager of the spa.

I am a Wella Colour Master, and a coach and mindset educator. 

I also work for Nudge education as an education expert helping children that are chronically disengaged from school. 

I teach mindset to learners in the hair, beauty and barber industry, empowering them to reach the success they all deserve.
